TOKEN2049 Singapore 2025 – Taisu Ventures

For this year’s Token2049, we went in with a simple plan: operate lean, create surface area for our founders, and convert chatter into concrete next steps.

We opened the week by connecting Japan Hub founders with global VCs alongside our own portfolio companies (Helix, Pruv, Secured Finance, Zoth, Up Network, Intelligence Cubed).

Rather than a parade of decks, we structured it with short pitches to establish context, then direct conversations around distribution, compliance, hiring, and co‑builds. A few teams found immediate fits; several more left with clear diligence threads.

From there, we ran two days of 1:1 deal rooms.

These were deliberately quiet. Thirty minutes per meeting, pre‑qualified on both sides. Quick catch up sessions and plenty of follow ups.

Mid‑week, our Skyline Social served a single purpose: compress the network.

The right mix of LPs, founders, and operators in a room long enough for people to get past the small talk.

On Thursday we leaned into where we’re seeing real traction: RWAs and stablecoins.

Our Proof of Value session focused on what already ships, tokenized credit flowing through compliant rails, stablecoins behaving like infrastructure, and the institutions that quietly prefer results over narratives. Helix, Pruv, OpenEden, DeFa, Zoth, and Secured Finance anchored the discussion with live product and near‑term distribution paths.

Friday split neatly in two.

The morning was a private LP huddle. The afternoon switched gears to the edge of AI × Web3. Exabits, GAIA, Up Network, PublicAI, OORT, Nubila, Intelligence Cubed, and Subquery kept us honest about what’s truly converging: compute supply, verifiable data, indexing, and coordination primitives that make the stack usable.

Across the week, a pattern held: fewer announcements, more progress. We’re a small team by design, and weeks like this reward focus. If you’re an early stage founder building in RWAs, stablecoins, decentralized AI, or in any vertical for that matter (we are sector, chain, and country agnostic) related to blockchain, let us know.

Thank you to our partners, co‑hosts, and founders.
